What Is Going On Here?

May 27th, 2012

First, for those in the U.S., Happy Memorial Day. My husband and grandfather both served in the military. I am grateful for all of those who serve and pray for the families of those that made the ultimate sacrifice to protect and secure our freedom.

Next, I’ve been getting e-mails from readers and they are all asking the same thing, “What is going on? What happened to Love & Death at the Oyster Bar? I’m confused.” And all I can say is I’d be confused too. So let me explain. As you know my publisher closed up shop at the beginning of April and I am currently looking for a new home for Crush at Thomas Hall and Divorcing a Dead Man. (If you are a publisher and are reading this, call me!) It was suggested to me by several people in the industry that it might be easier to sell the first two if I had the next book in the Thomas Hall saga ready to go. This is why I have put Oyster Bar on hold and am working on the next Thomas Hall book, currently titled Taking Inventory.

And last, but certainly not least, I have signed on to be a book reviewer for The Masquerade Crew. Today is my big Q & A Introduction. My first review, for a novel entitled Kissing The Cotton Clouds, will be posted soon! Check it out at:  http://masqueradecrew.blogspot.com/2012/05/crew-member-introduction-q-with.html#more
